Orders and Returns

Please make your selections carefully because we do not accept returns except in the case of defective merchandise or our own errors. We will be happy to replace any defective or incorrect item within 30 days of the original shipping date. Claims must be brought to our attention prior to cutting or laundering fabric. Refunds (if necessary) will be issued once items are returned and received. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Patterns and books may not be returned because of copyright laws. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Returns that have any odor will not be refunded.

Please note that all sales are final on sale and remnant items, as well as notions such as elastic, twill tape, interfacing, and thread.

Special Orders

Special orders are non refundable. If we are making a special order with our vendor for you, and you've paid for the goods up front. We cannot refund that order because we have committed with our vendor for those goods. This applies to presale items too. If we adjust our order with our vendor on a presale item on your behalf it will be non-refundable.

Change Orders

We can issue refunds back to your payment source, but we cannot authorize or charge additional funds to your credit card. If you request a change to your order, and additional funds are needed, we can either send you an invoice via Square , or you can phone your credit card number to us and we can manually charge it in our office. You can also create a new order, and we can combine them and refund the second shipping charge.  

Quarter Yards

Our minimum cut is a quarter yard, and if you order just a quarter yard of fabric, we ship this as a 9" off the bolt (9" x 44") cut, please email us within an hour of placing your order to let us know if you'd like a Fat Quarter (approximate size 18" x 22").  

Presale items

We offer items for presale on our site. We are adjusting our orders with our vendors based on the presales that we receive. Please be mindful when ordering items on presale. When you do order a presale item, you are holding your place in line to receive those items. We ship out in the order received. Some presale items are very popular, and we will receive multiple shipments of that item into stock. Some shipments may be pre-sold when they arrive at our warehouse. If you want something, it is best to order to secure your place in line. 

It is best to order presale items on their own order unless you want the balance of your order to ship with the presale items. We hold your order until all items are available before shipping.

Presale items: If you are purchasing any items on presale, please note that your full order will be shipped together once the presale items are in stock. If you don't want to wait until all items are available, it is best to place multiple orders.
